We do not bill insurance directly. However, we can provide a detailed statement (a "superbill") with the necessary medical coding that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. You can also use an FSA or HSA account to pay for your sessions.

A doctor’s referral is not required to begin treatment—you can book directly with us. However, we love being connected with our patients’ primary care providers. It allows us to keep them abreast of treatment plans, goals and progress. Note, if you plan to submit your receipts to your insurance company for reimbursement, your specific insurance plan might require you to have a doctor's prescription on file.

Your initial evaluation is both a deep dive into your pain history and an immediate hands-on intervention. We will assess and correct for dysfunction in your posture, the underlying perpetuating factors in your everyday activities, test your range of motion, and physically locate the specific trigger points causing your pain. In addition to your first targeted treatment, you will learn the first steps of your at-home self-care routine and set treatment plan goals.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing like athletic wear, gym shorts, sweatpants, and a t-shirt or tank top. This allows us to easily test your mobility and perform the therapies without restriction.

It’s vital that you perform assigned stretching and continue moving in the days following a treatment to ensure your muscles heal with full, unrestricted range of motion.

Yes. Standard therapies often overlook underlying perpetuating factors, and fail to identify the specific fascial and musculoskeletal roots of referred pain. Many of our patients come to us as a last resort and finally find lasting relief.
