Dedicated to eliminating pain and dysfunction
We’re here to help you get back to living a pain-free and fully functional life.
Most chronic pain doesn't actually originate where it hurts. Often, the root cause is a "trigger point"—a tight, hyper-contracted knot of muscle that refers pain to entirely different parts of your body.
If you have spent years trying standard physical therapy, stretching, medication or even surgery without lasting relief, it is likely because those methods are treating the symptom, not the source.
At MYO Pain Relief, we specialize in finding and eliminating the precise root of your pain so you can get your life back, pain free and fully functional!
Still in pain after trying everything? You aren't imagining it, and you aren't out of options.
“Using myofascial trigger point therapy, I’ve been able to help thousands of people with acute and chronic myofascial pain and dysfunction through hands-on treatment, correction of underlying perpetuating factors, and self-care training.“
— Sharon Sauer, CMTPT, LMT, Director of MYO Pain Relief
