Get back to a pain-free life!

Sharon Sauer (CMTPT, CET, LMT) and her team at the MYO Pain Relief Center help patients relieve their pain problems, eliminate muscular imbalances, regain flexibility and prevent recurrence. Sharon and her team have more than 40 years of collective experience treating and training patients based on the discoveries of the late Dr. Janet Travell (JFK’s personal physician) and Dr. David G. Simons, authors of Myofascial Pain and Dysfunction: The Trigger Point Manual. Sharon’s incredible knowledge, skills and dedication can help you get back to a pain-free and fully-functioning life.

Our Book: Trigger Point Therapy for Low Back Pain

We wrote Trigger Point Therapy for Low Back Pain to spread the word that a low-risk alternative to more aggressive treatments — like drugs or surgery — exists for chronic low back pain. The book is a great resource for people experiencing chronic pain, as well as for the practitione22pxrs who are treating them.
